Designed an end-to-end Salesforce CRM training program for a simulated organisation of 150 employees across Sales, Support, and Marketing. The 22-session blended learning curriculum integrated instructor-led training, system demonstrations, and hands-on practice, applying the ADDIE Model, Bloom's Taxonomy, and SMART Objectives, following a thorough Needs Analysis. A storyboard with knowledge checks was developed for a session, ensuring effective learning and application of Salesforce CRM skills

Developed 3 CNN models (Basic CNN, MobileNet, and EfficientNet-B4) for dog emotion classification, achieving strong accuracy. The project involved a literature review, dataset preprocessing, model training, and evaluation, with a focus on performance metrics and real-world implications. Testing on an Indian dog dataset highlighted the importance of diversity-informed datasets. Completed an NLP project on emotion classification using the Google GoEmotions dataset (Oct 2025 - Dec 2025). Implemented Regex for pattern recognition and a BERT model to classify emotions into positive, neutral, and negative categories. Key findings included comparing model performance on cleaned vs. uncleaned data, showcasing the impact of preprocessing. Data preprocessing and exploratory visualizations supported model evaluation, highlighting the importance of data quality in NLP tasks

Developed machine learning models to classify thyroid cancer recurrence, addressing cognitive biases in medical decision-making (Oct 2025 - Dec 2025). A literature review on medical decision-making and diagnostic bias informed the project. ML models were applied to real-world thyroid cancer data, comparing performance and analyzing feature importance. Insights were linked to clinical cognition, highlighting how ML can support data-driven decision-making in thyroid cancer diagnosis and treatment planning, ultimately enhancing human judgement
